No $hit?!?
I can't imagine EVER going lower than 11.5"! The rear tire will rub on the underside of the fender and sever the wires going to the taillight and signals. Don't ask how I know this!
The same way I know this I guess

and yet another Aussie Welcome, there is not a lot of spare room under the Rocket gaurds

i thought the stock shock height was 13"?! ive looked at the darkside (believe it or not some think im already there), but i like the look of the bike tire versus the flat look. thanks for all the input, even the sarcastic input! i just looked under my bike in the fender well, it looks like there is a bit of room on top, but i haven't measured it yet to see if it could go down 2".

Say fellow Texan could use playdo or some form of clay moulded in to a brick place on top of tire and load like you plan to ride. Is it an inseam issue? If you go with auto tire look into a runflat because the side wall of M?C tire is stronger than auto Have been told. So any sidewall damage is increased risk with auto tire. Have you adjusted shocks to 1?

i have adjusted stock shocks all the way down. thats a good idea about the playdo though! i can put me and my wife on and know for sure. ut is an inseam issue. im 5'6".

Bull I'm prety sure he means every centimetre lower he can get.

If you are actually serious and not just having this drongo Yank on, I would be happy to explain more detail???? :p

@Btubbs2
My inseam is 29 inches, so I feel your pain. One needs the use of only a single foot for stops and low CG is over-rated anyway as far as handling goes. Riders have better sight distance and it's safer up there in the air anyway.
When doing your static testing, I suggest sitting your fender onto the rear tire without the shockies and measuring between eye mount points. If that distance plus about 4.5 inches is equal to or less than your shock length, I would say, "DANGER, WILL ROGERS, DANGER!"
