I've used Pledge on my motorcycle visor back in the day when I didn't have a Pinlock inner shield to keep fogging away, and it's not a bad product for cleaning a helmet either, but personally I have other products I use on the bike. Lots of people do use it on their bikes and if you're happy with it then go for it.

Spray on and wipe off stuff in general isn't something I'm a fan of but that's just me.

OH WHY too easy for ya I havnt found anything better you can spray it on your engine and it will make that monster shine and keep dirt and grime from sticking

The Internet is just people posting their opinions, and they often reinforce each other. The Internet has lots of ludicrous stuff like the right-wing media bubble where they bounce lies back and forth until they start sounding truth-y, birthers, people who think a guy who went bankrupt 4 times and pimps his name out to buildings is a great presidential candidate and people who think humanity is 2000 years old and dinosaurs existed at that time, too.

I don't think Pledge is the devil incarnate, but I also don't think it's the best thing for your motorcycle, but as I said, to each his own. Spray away.

HA thats funny nevermind you deserve to suffer to without any PLEDGE in your life then you can powdercoat all the dirty rusty corroded faded parts on your bike

Thanks for all of the input. I understand I will need to wash it every now and again. I just do not want have to wax and polish every couple of months. I might try the pledge.

Now the clean brigade have started to convert you, I agree you should not wax and polish every couple of months every week would be better.

I use the Honda spray cleaner and polish 20 years and counting.

It works great on any surface and cleans off pretty much anything. I use it on all my vehicles with great results. Works on the matte finish perfectly.
