PC- V = $300
PC- V Ignition = $300
3 bar map = $70
MBC Manual Boost Controller = $95
Assorted aluminum 2” charge pipe = $100
Assorted schedule 40 SS304 1.75” = $50
Flanges = $70
Materials for downpipe/exhaust = $200
Turbo Garrett GT2560R (aka GT28R) Ball Bearing Turbo : atpturbo.com = $950
Intercooler = $300
Assorted couplers, clamps, bolts etc = $250
Turbosmart BOV at Amazon = $145
Dyno time .... all depends
So $2830 using nice quality components and some skill, knowledge, and time. You can go cheaper but I wouldn’t skimp on quality for a motorcycle kit.
This would be the bare minimum, there’s a lot of things you can add to improve many aspects of the system.
