TPS test and replace

Warp9.9, thank you, the parts number came from the Triumph dealer, I will go back and check it with him.
The problem first started with this slight hesitation when I turned the throttle after cruising at the one RPM. A quick twist of the throttle would fix it.
So I reloaded the same tune into ECU and the map in the PCV, then 750km into my next ride it started again and now is fairly constant.
My plan is to start with replacing the primary TPS and go from there, but I will check the electrics you have suggested.
The RDU is on next month about 550km away so I want to have it right by then.

This what the triumph shop just sent me.

T1245010 is the part number for the secondary throttle body.

T1245003 is the old discontinued version of T1245113.

T1245113 is the New main sensor.

They have them in stock so will order one and hope it fixes the problem.
@motolink if you change the torx bolt to normal bolts its alot easier to adjust, even a thin washer under the TPS against the throttle body stops it from distorting when you nip up the bolts.... not sure which one but they are either M4 or M5

Its a rheostat it wears but can be installed wrong and wear at a faster rate especially if itsimproperly fitted. Put in crooked it willwear faster. My first one only lasted about 18000 miles the second one has over 44,000 miles on it and still function correctly. But it is shimmed straight. The bad things about tolerances (which in our book should be listed as allowance since the voltage varriance is listed as + or - .02 volts ? all can add up to a stacked problem. I guess they missed that one in school.

I know this has likely been covered before, but . . .
Other than hesitation at low throttle, what are the symptoms of a TPS going bad?
