This could end poorly

Put a Kawasaki down on its right side at 80 mph one dark night in my youth...right knee took a beating till i became airborne for which seemed like ...ooowwww...3 weeks!!
Since then i have had cartilage removed on 3 different occasions and then a patella stabilization op. Nowadays it gives me grief so i wear a knee support!...if i dont, both my knee and my right side back hurts like a bastard!....but not when i'm riding!

Some of y'all that were in Stearns for RAA East this year might remember me gimping around with a brace on my knee. When we got home my ortho pulled 50mls of fluid out of it and 30 more the next week that had cartilage floating around in it.

Long story short, I just got back from surgery to fix the meniscus in 2 places, grind out a bunch of spurs and arthritis, and clean up the cartilage .

Doc said it went great and should be nearly good as new in a week or so.

The end poorly part? I am gonna be laid up for a few days, bored to death, eating oxycontin like peanuts, and have nothing better to do than hang out and post here.:cautious:

Some of us Elder Statesmen understand. Eat dem peanuts and post away Bill. Heal quickly.

Ain't that the worst M8. not knowing how high or how or on what yer gonna land on?

I launched myself and a YZ250 so good back in the 70s that half way through the second flip on the way up I saw the tops of the trees go past. Reckon that was about the 25 foot line.

Bill, I'm back on Nophuk Va. 1985 miles did you have any luck with Joey. Or do you remember trying to check up on him?

Never called Scott. Ran out of time to fit it in.i will ring his bell tomorrow
