Good point Her3tic. I just like the look of the Rivco (I believe) set up that brings the plate up and the turn signals in a little bit. The factory one looks like it was drawn up my the mouseketeers.

Bloorsketeers, Snuff, Bloorsketeers.

ES will be my last trip on the Metz. I'll relegated it to the pile out back awaiting recycle day at Holcim Cement.

Well they called me yesterday that the raptor was in so I stopped today to pay for it and got a good look. Wow! I thought there is no way that was gonna fit so I got a measurement. 10 inches wide. When I got back to my shop this evening, I measured the metz and was shocked (and relieved) that there was only about half inch difference. Gotta get the wheel of tomorrow and take it up for mounting and ballancing. Can't wait. I've been taking every opportunity to lay as much rubber with the metz as asphalt will allow.

WOW! My maiden voyage into the DARK SIDE. I rolled it out and tried a figure 8 in the parking lot. wooooooooo! My first thought was " why the hell did I put a car tire on my bike". Got it out on the road and started to experiment. Rolling from side to side across the lane. I caught on quick and was soon up to speed on the backroads. Got out on the hiway and by then I was hooked. I noticed a big difference in the tar joints. They don't throw me off the seat anymore. Much smoother ride.
I WILL NOT GO BACK !
