Pulled over yesterday

That's cuz you were pulled over staring at yer GPS the whole time :p

Hey, Jimbo!
I just bought a new Zumo so things should be WAY better!
And . . . I got it connected to my Sena so now I can also HEAR the directions!
BTW - sweet looking helmet!

seems to me I cant go 20 days without a ticket
I don't know about the U.S but here in Australia we have a points system where you lose "points" off your license whenever you are booked for traffic infringements, if you lose enough points in a given timeframe your license is suspended so it's not just the financial cost of a ticket but the fact you may lose your license that makes me keep an eye on the speedo. In all honesty though if I got caught every time I went over I would be broke, not have a license and consequently be out of a job:(

A few years back I was racing a train to beat it before the gates came down anyhoo an FHP car passed by me going the opposite way and as I was doing 30over he slammed on his brakes and turned around, he was quite shocked that I had pulled over and was waiting for him, he asked me why I was in a hurry and I told him I was trying to beat the train to get home to watch the European Cup Final and I said I was sorry and stupid for going so fast. he ran my license came back and said I hope your team wins and slow down, nice to get a warning.

You were dam lucky. Usually when an FHP pulls you over its an automatic ticket. I remember the first and only time I got a speeding ticket was outside of JFK airport at 4 AM going to work. Id say it was 1976. 60 in a 45. Last time I was stopped for speeding was in my red mustang last year. 70 in a 45. Officer saw that I had a CDL and since I treated him respectfully, let me off with a verbal warning.

My first thought would have been if I keep going can I put the train between me and him.
