Ok ive calmed down now
No ill never get rid of the rocket ever but ill have to go out and fix that leak tomorrow then hopefully she will be ok

I know nothing about messing with tunes or PCV but I do know how you're feeling. You get used to it being reliable and it frustrates the crap out of you when it's not. Just remember you will be able to fix this, whatever it is. You won't be happy if you're riding something else and you see a crowd of people around someone elses Rocket. You'll be standing there next to a bike that noone notices, wanting to say you used to have one of those yourself. Do you really want to be that person?

BUT, if you decided to sell the piece of sh#t, you know where to send your headers and pipes don't you.

Im putting her in for her major service next wednesday so she should be all sweet may as well get the valve clearences done and everything want the big black ***** running sweet for Hervey bay

this flu i have at the moment makes me break a sweat just looking at the bike lol

I know where you are comming from it knock me around I was crook for 3 weeks but the first 5 days I thought I was dying if you are going to get them to replace the plugs while they do the service spend the extra and get the iridiums

Not yet mate she is booked in for wednesday i had a chat with the tech on the phone and told him whats happening and he seemed fairly confident that he would get it sorted during the service.

I think i already know what it is though i was looking under the tank and noticed that the female threaded plastic thingy that holds the leads to the coils on cyl 1 is cracked the lead itself looks ok but that bit is what holds it in tight i told the tech about it anyway so hopefully they sort it without me having to buy a new set of leads because they are $300 for the rocket
