Paul Bryant full system for 2.5 R3

Looks great Paul. I'm on board when you're ready to take orders.
Actually, although the above has carbon heat shields, I can see how coated headers and shields would be better. I like the blacked out pipes with the polished end can. It's also great to see the system on a bike that's the same colour as mine! Looks so much better with the vast stock end can and cat gone. Bike looks ten stone lighter.
Thanks Mr Gimlet.
I can set the end coating anyway you would like it, Polished aluminium header with Satin Black Heat Shield, vica versa or both the same finish.

I have a file of "interested" customers, if you would like to be added to that, send me an E-mail to paul@vikingexhaust.com

The developement pipe is done.
The first production pipe is done.
Very shortly (within a week) I'll be building the 2nd production pipe.
As always ... it's a learning curve, I've been building the 2.3L Rocket system for near on ten years now and even that get's a tweak every now and then.

This photo with out the heatshields.

email incoming.

Hi Paul, is it possible to post a vid with the bike running. Just wondering how loud this is going to be. Also does the exhaust use the same sensors and does it need a tune when installed.

I don't have a vid at present, but will see what I can do.

Noise/loudness is totally dependent on throttle use.
If you are cruising along on minimal throttle the sound/noise will be minimal, but if you get on the throttle hard .... well you will definetly know that you have a big Engine under you.

The bike "definetly" will require re-tuning, as I often say on many different Forums, "any mods to either the inlet or the exhaust will require a new map"
I do fit a stub at the rear, inside of the tail pipe to accept the stock O2 sensor.

Definitely looking forward to this new system!

Paul should be shipping my exhaust out on Monday and he did confirm that this is number 1. I will let everyone know how it looks and the results. Going to get a dyno tune as well so we can post the final numbers.
