Paul Bryant full system for 2.5 R3

...ever since we were kids most of us wanted the fastest pushbike...trolley...skateboard or whatever regardless of the skin we were bound to lose.
My first motorbike was a Puch moped capable of stunning speeds ..if i lay down along the tank i could squeeze 25mph out of it!!...without remapping it too!
I'm still seeking similar modifications to this day!!!..i guess its the boy in me!....oh!...turning 76 this month!...not interested in breaking any speed records now but i have had the Rocket flatout..once. Thats enough for me cos my angel spoke to me quite sternly!..I do love these Rockets!
You and me both Tal.
My "riding" life started with me grafting a lawn mower Engine into a push bike frame.
At the same time my "engagement with the "Constabularly" started as I got a ticket (at 13 years of age) for no liecence, nof WOF, and no registration.
Fortunately an Uncle went and saw the "Chief of Police" (Ministry of Transport in those days) and told them to pull their heads in, this is a kid making life happen.
All charges were dismissed !

I will have these pipes coated by www.hpcoatings.co.nz in either a Polished Aluminium or a Satin Black.
This coating system has an internal ceramic heat barrier coating.
The heat shields will have the same coating so the system will effectively have two layers of the internal ceramic coating.

The owner of the bike shown above has done over 1000 Km's on the bike with the finished system fitted, he has reported back zero heat issue's when on the road.
This bike was fitted with a "not well made" Carbon Fibre heat shield, this did not work well in practice, yet heat was still not an issue.

The turn out on the end of the muffler was the owners choice, this won't be on the production pipe. (unless desired)
This pipe will fit with the Triumph Panniers fitted.
If just replacing muffler and keeping stock headers and air filter, any need for a tune..as the rocket storm ecu is locked.. can service vode or engine management light be switched off with scan tool..tia

That is a little over 25 freedom units. (25lbs) for those not on the metric system. Which if you look at the videos I have posted, we did verify a 25lb loss.
@Nashvegas gonna have to loose more than 25lb😁 widowmaker getting race suit ready!

That was a major flashback. I rode that type of machine as a kid and had my first big crash. The handlebars broke off at the bottom of the hill and I was endo. That’s when I first learned to run from the cops.;)
