I removed the sleeves and oil pipe and took them to work. We have a fancy ultrasonic cleaner that works really well. New washers and O'rings figure with everything spotless clean should have no issues when the time comes.
Trick is to get it nice and clean then put the rubber on and lube it up and then use a little finesse when inserting
i better stop before i get the thread closed.
Was it made from aniheim or hatch chillies
I think that the hatch chillies would work better for maybe exhaust headers and u would have a great smell as u go down the road lol
No just out of one of my mates 5 boxes of O-rings that was about the right size.
Ended up at a seals specialists cost me $15.45 for 3 before I asked for my companies discount. Ended up paying $10.85 for the high temperature oil ones.
Well took the beast out for a ride last night with out the baffles up the motorway/ highway back down past @Tal work yard and past a cop who was already given some lucky person a ticket. Because the look he gave me as I went past wasn't very friendly.
Then to a store to get some degreaser.
Stopped at mates house for 5 minutes came out to a pool of oil under the bike.
Will pull part again later on today.
Tied time lucky I hope.
Bike sounded really good but the laws here about loud bikes is not good repacked baffles and will install this afternoon.
