Ok I have the clutch back together. The clutch cable did not come in so I removed it from the plastic keeper. to get abit more cable. Put a mediun strength spring on the clutch cable for a return.
The bike rear wheel will turn like it is in gear , but with the clutch engaged. In otherwords it turns but with resistance. There is one set of parts that I am not sure of the assembly sequence . I have checked my manual, the IPB and searched the net. It is the washers and needle bearings on Item #24 ( Lifter Piece Clutch ) . Not sure which side of the lifter plate parts go on.
Also where is the spacer #23 suppose to go.
Some of theses parts were not in there when I disambled the Clutch assembly.
BTW I have a early 06 ,non classic.
Right now frustration is in full mode. At least I have not installed the raditor , so removing the front cover is a pain but not that big of a deal.
Thanks in advance
