neville lush performance kit

today I am ordering Neville lush performance kit it will comprise pistons 3 of them I hope two high duration camshafts with slotted gears for best performance I already received the cam chain tensioner from NL . rather excited to get the stuff and get it installed .
some knowledgeable captains have explained to me the easy way into the motor I will pass on this info to the wrench ,I have the parts from triumph on order as well head gasket ( that one is not cheap) head cylinder bolts, big end bearings, bolts , and cover gasket expect after a good tuning from nels byesdordf to see hopefully 200hp and a somewhere around 180lbs of foot torque or better . to do justice to this setup I will take the beast to the maritime provinces for a summer trip of a lifetime and return by way of boston ,spearfish cody etc etc see you guys this summer..

Hey Patrick,@albertaduke , how did you figure out the size of the big end bearings on the rods did you open her up or do what I did which is buy all the bearing shell colors so you have them when you open her up? Mine used the white shells so I believe I have all the other colors if you chose the wrong one let me know.

on a lark I bought all the red one and now waiting to see when we open what color we get, with my luck i will be wrong in which case I hope they will be blue (why three size in the first place??)

To match the right oil clearance to the actual crank pin diameter. This controls the clearance closer and compensates for the allowable dimension tolerance. Mine were white. I will look to see what spares I have.

Yes I pointed Jon towards it as he has a 05 that needs it. I figured I did not need two kits laying around that badly Although I have been known to collect stuff. I have enough to put a complete bike together

I have Ramair yes but the exhaust system is Reband

just a tad better I guess , I already had the jardine on an earlier machine so I keep it and it looks and sound good
