First glad your ok. As for the bike buy it back so you have parts for the next one. Heck you walked away that means your here to stay. Or Godwas not ready for your opinion yet. Don't make any rash decisions yet its almost winter up there youl have plenty of time to think about it. Go home hug the wifey and kids if you have any and remember that Indian might have tried to scalp you butit did not succeed!!!!!

Glad to learn that you're OK.

Buck up and let your insurance company do what you pay them to do, i.e, subrogate the case against the faulty rider's insurance company and put your Rocket right!
 
Your pain will go away - people (generally) heal and a limp is a bit of a chick magnet - bikes on the other require a bit of boof and spanner to get 'em well again. I can't see anything that isn't fixable on the bike. Fixing it can be your rehabilitation program. Hope your all good by the time the insurance gods have had their way with you.
 
Duck tape and some zip ties and You will be as good as new.
As far as the bike, it can re repaired or replaced. Glad y'all were too seriously banged up.
