Bad news, Dude:(, but is it possible that because of the extended lifespan of your car tire that you forgot to grease your splines every +/- 10,000 miles or so?

It's never a good thing when I get home at 4 in the morning from work and see Jays bike loaded on the trailer. On a good note if they don't fix his we can part it out and he can have mine and I will get a thunderbird:eek::D

Get the thunderbird let him have yours and he can keep his for parts :D

Of course I suppose he would rather have a new touring to break in also.

I would check pinwheel on ebay for the parts.......they have final drives all the time and I just saw a drive shaft on ebay......just put "Triumph rocket iii" (no quotes) in search and start looking......you can get them very cheap and changing them out is not difficult either......good luck! Watching anxiously for outcome

Where's the "Not Like" selector icon for editorial comments on Dark Side riders  Reckon I'll grease my splines, having too much fun getting 30 K out of my tire.
