I recently bought an '07 Rocket III which has a Jardine exhaust. Not being familiar with these, I was looking for where the O2 sensor is and can't find one. I see a port that has a plug in it but can't find the sensor. What gives? Am I blind or??? Thanks for any help.

Sounds like that plug you see is where the O2 sensor would go, if it were there. Someone probably "deleted" the sensor, hopefully using TuneECU to tell the puter that it ain't there. I have one Rocket without the sensor, and 2 with. I think the sensor helps the computer keep tabs on the engines running condition.-

That must be the case. Not being super familiar with fuel injection, I thought an oxygen sensor was necessary, but I guess not. If it runs OK, would you recommend leaving things alone, or should I pursue installing one and enabling it with TuneECU?

Just to follow up with what I've discovered............
Seems the previous owner installed a DynoJet Power Commander III when he installed the Jardine and also their oxygen sensor eliminator.
At 73, I find the Jardine is a litle on the loud side and plan on trying to trade it for a stock exhaust if I can find one.

I think I may take your advice and keep the Jardine. I will contact Big City Thunder about their baffles. The Jardine setup does seem more powerful than my stock '05. Thanks for the info..

I had a 2005 also with TORs. After dyno tuning, the 2007 made 152 rwhp and 162 rw ft lbs.

Thanks, Idaho Red Rocket 3. :)
I have sent an email to Big City Thunder but haven't heard back yet. If they aren't able to help, I think I will remove the Jardine baffles and see if they need repacked. I might also consider extending them (?).
