Jardine Exhaust

Does any one have video of them putting jardine exhaust on?
Also one step by step to install them?
Just thinking of doing it my self to save money, so I can take them off to get them ceramic coated and then put them back on,
Is there some kind of seal on the headers
Or is it a basket? And can it be used over again?
Or is there nothing just screw off and screw back on simple?

Man, too bad, I recently tossed a set, they were rusty and I offered them here with the caveat that they would have to be coated or rechromed, no takers, cost of recoating plus postage would have been high

Simple gaskets, like a fiber 0 ring, if I remember

So can I re use them? When putting them back on do I need to put something over the seal or under the seal to help seal?
Sorry I'm not good at this stuff but can do with guidence

Probably, I think I have, but I think most replace them.

Real easy, just bolt off and then bolt back on the manifold, might need new gasket if old one is brittle and crushed. The pipes are slip connected with hose clamps to tighten and then just a couple of bolts at rear muffler brackets

Cool sounds like I can handle this task.
Ok how about taking the back tire off is that easy with the drive shaft , or is that something more I should have a professional do?
If it's harder but with a video of doing it may help me that would be great.
Need to also do that to get rims powdered coated and also put a new tire on, it's a shame fairly new tire and ran over nail plugged it but still have tinny slow leak.
Just figured doing all this work and just put new tires on front and back as well.

I've never done it, but a lot of people here do it themselves, hopefully one chimes in, I seem to remember that the hardest part is lining up the splines putting it back together, someone posted a trick or method but I don't remember what it was.

To remove rear tire you will need to take off bars if you have any, remove exhaust and exhaust mounts to gain access to axle. Lift bike on stand and secure. Remove axle and support rear tire from below, remove rear brake caliper and zip tie out of the way. Gently slide rear tire to right side while supporting from below to disingauge from bevel box, be careful not to damage plastic edge on bevel box. Once wheel is moved to right and free it can be lower and remove backwards below license plate. Also watch out for axle spacers falling out when you remove axle and slide wheel to right. Install is reverse, lift up rear wheel support from below, I use floor jack, slide to left gently and wiggle to engage splines in bevel box. Make sure to clean and lube splines before replacing
