One thing I noticed today the bike is setup with evap California crap... None of my other R3's had this on them... Time to start making room under the seat...
Make sure to take that passenger seat off as soon as you can. the rubber bumpers it rests on shine the flat paint after a while. While you can always buff out the paint on a gloss paint, you're screwed when you flat paint is made shiny in areas. I would also suggest a tank pad for where your right knee touches the tank. I have a shiny spot there as well.
