All I know it would not blow. First I checked the electrical connections with a multimeter. When the horn button was pressed it would send power to the connections. After removing the horn I applied power to horn on the bench and it did not blow.
Took the horn completely apart and didn't see anything that would cause problems. Applied power while apart and the compressor kicked over perfectly.
I like this horn. It is split so one can place the horn part behind the front bezel in between the forks. That equals louder horn without it being stuck behind the side cover... like mine.
I like where I put mine - its soooo out of the way..... Very tight fit tho.
Its a stebel Magnum TM80 - 136db at 2 inches.
Just made a bracket for it - I plan on making more brackets.
