was the bike running correctly before you sent off injectors? Or before you took off throttle bodies? And before you removed the vacuum hoses? You have spark verified as per your starter fluid test, have you confirmed connections on fuel rail wiring harnes? You said ignition plug was not plugged in all the way and you got 9 codes, have you verified connections to fuel injectors, on that short wiring harness for throttle bodies. I dont think you ever said bike would start before you removed throttle bodies or sent off injectors removing vac lines and wiring harness connections on injectors, tps, water temp, and stepper all on that harness. Your reply might help the guys zero in on issue, if everything was good before you mechanic on it i would go back over work, i can kinda tell you think its vac lines and very well could be, if the vacuum is jacked up, uneven lines will do it, it wont start or struggles to start. Its also not hard for the throttle bodies to be put on not quite right and mess everything up vacuum wise.
