I was going to make a passenger seat and have it hug the back of the rider seat.

Then my mind wondered and said put a roll bar in the back, like these sport cars just behind the drivers seat. I also said forget about the passenger seat. I took my trunk off and decided to turn my bike into an one seater. In addition, I thought I would put a bar down the middle for extra support. Thinking I can chrome the metal (i.e. Chrome the tube and the bar). I'll paint the other part orange with black tribal so it looks like part of my fender.

Here are some pictures. What look better? The one with roll bar behind seat only?
Or the one with the added bar down the middle?
I figure it will be a nice piece to grab onto when moving my bike and gives an one seater a sports look.

It should also be easy to take off just like the pillon seat two screws and I could throw my double seat on.
Don't forget this will look a lot better in metal this is just a wooden proto type

Ok give it to me and any other ideas to improve it, or should I just scrap the idea because it doesn't look good?

I was also thinking since I'm not going to use it as a seat should I just shorten the back?

Yea long winters and cold, lots to think about doing on bike
I was going to design a back seat that hugs around the front seat I guess my mine woundered lol
So you guys opinon, what looks better the one roll bar?
Or adding the straight bar as well for extra support?
Should I shorten it up since it's not going to be a seat?

If you're going to do a roll bar do it without the added support bar. It doesn't need support, it's just for looks. If you "roll" the bike, your head is going to contact the ground before the roll bar does. Also behind the seat is a good place to carry small packs with a bungee net if you don't have saddle bags & the extra bar would be in the way. I don't get the "need" for a roll bar though. Just for looks?

Yea just for looks as a single seater, trying to get a kind of different sporty look, that's different.
That's what all of us like about the Rocket we all like different
That's true I could always put a napsack if needed.
The only reason why I thought of the middle bar for extra support just in case I Needed to use it to push bike it would have a lot more support.
But mainly for looks it could be a nice statement all out of Chrome, or painted orange with black Tribal and the bars Chrome.
Or was thinking of a single seat with a lower back rest and the bar all included in seat and perhaps put back rest on the roll bar.

Just my opinion and I admire your self design and make ethic but I reckon you would need to get rid of the rack and go chrome for that look to match your bike - paint your wood dummy with chrome paint to test.

Personally I would be concerned about the fulcrum it could provide to damage your back in an accident w/o really providing a function. Center bar spoils the look, flow, space for throwover luggage or roll, and the single bar loop would give you all the grab factor you could need.

I would be concerned about that being dangerous in a crash as I wouldnt want to be held on the bike by that seat and backrest not a good idea in my mind so I would think it over

But has you can see in picture I'm not even touching the sports bar, it's just for show just like a paint job is.
If God forbid I did get into accident I'm sure I'll fly off it like anyone else that does not have it.
If this would be dangerouse in crash then having a tall back rest that your leaning on would be even more dangerouse.?
Say I got my Coban seat that has a tall back rest for driver to lean on, and I put a chrome roll bar just behind the back rest the passenger could use it to hang on, this would be a danger for both if in accident?
I'm not sure I understand why?

IMFASTTOO and Isrub I'm really interested why you both think this cosmetic sports bar could be dangerouse in crash before I wast anymore time on it, or how can I inprove the idea so it's more safer?
