No'mo Rocket 4 me
Do you walk as far as you want. Does anything stop you from doing so? Poor palpable pulses are mostly the result of poor operator technique, unless it is a vascular surgeon. Those guys know their stuff. You need a competent vascular tech (RVT) operating out of a Credentialed Vascular Lab, examine your legs circulation by medical order.
In any case, your most significant problem (chief complaint) is drop attacks (sudden falling). Suspect her is narrowing in one of the arm main artery (subclavian) or narrowing of one or both of the vertebral arteries. Not surprised about the nurse and her questionable screening. They are not trained in these matters unless... it is a vascular nurse practitioner. Again, competent RVT to the task. And I say competent because I have seen (so said) competent RVT miss the diagnosis.
This stuff is so tricky that there are techs that all they do is neck and brain circulation. If the problem is not poor neck/brain circulation,,, humm?
Competent Vascular Surgeon and Neurologist to the task. There are many of these guys out there. They are all good as it is very difficult to obtain the credentials.
Good luck
