Put a really low profile car tyre on the back and you will effectively lower all the gear ratios. It might work on the dragstrip, but wouldn't be much fun in the twisties.

Got to go hard or stay home. Got to figure transfer of weight while "staying in control", if possible. Wheelie bars tend to unload rear tire unless has some flexibility.
A Touring is pretty long and heavy to wheelie accidentally with a pillion mine picks up front end up to 6 " at full throttle shift to second, will hold it up until I hit 3rd

With a slick, traction will increase considerably, will have to launch higher and harder and if shocks/forks are fully extended, will wheelie higher and longer, unless you slip the clutch.
