What you're doing is impressive in its own right! consider these journalists are all skilled riders on bikes much lighter than the R3 with a power to weight much better and these guys can't crack 10.
not sure if these 3 bikes are even close to category of rocket 3R, these are supersports/hyper sports motorcycles and rocket is a different category, not sure which one though, still trying to figure that part out,

I was thinking of 1/4 mile finish line. Think leaving at higher rpm's would keep power curve up as long as you can control front wheel lift and a good grip from rear tire.
well, the 3 bikes I used as an example are bone stock. Proper tires and using the methods guys on this thread are recommending might be enough for you with the map you flashed
