necessary to block the engine w/ the bike straight up to do the engine bolt for the rivco guard? I know that's what the directions say...but....

If they use the same mounting points as the Triumph bars, then that is true. Gotta' completely remove the front engine support bolt, and must be able to support the engine 'cause it'll drop. The dealer installed my "upgraded" guards in about 20 minutes, while I watched. Quick and easy with the correct equipment.

Thank you Mr. Wolf....that's what I thought.....here working away from home in a rental apt. the only place to do any work is in the parking lot and I suspected I could do more harm than good....either wait until I get home at some point or find someone with the right equip/tools.....thanks
