Nope, but it does partially power up if you turn the key. Headlights etc do come on. I did that when I was installing LEDs on my bike and was impatient to test them, and then had to dig out TuneECU to clear the faults.

Too late....I checked the horn directly with battery...horn is working fine...now checking the circuit....
