So I odered the horn relay from Eastern Beaver based on all the advice from this forum. Still have to order the Stebel Nautilus and will do so shortly. Amazingly, I had never actually honked the horn prior to doing all of this. Yesterday, decided I would take a listen. Pressed the button and could not believe the pathetic bleat that the horn gave! How do you create a bike as powerful and awe inspiring as the Rocket and then stick a horn that the lowliest moped would be ashamed of on it?!?!

Anyways, looking forward to doing the headlight relay kit, PC8 and horn relay in the coming weeks.

You are just now discovering this? I just bought one at an auto discount store and plugged it into the existing wire but couldn't reinstall the cover over it...pictures of it are in my album.

The look made it look distinctive and it was loud.

There are several threads on different ways to mount the Stebel. I put mine under the left side cover with a bolt through the airbox. Mounted the relay above and to the right of the horn. Others have separated the horn from the compressor and run a tube up front to mount the horn half up there. Good option.

too late!! I was to suggest the ferrari FIAM DUAL AIR HORN it fits perfectly under the rad on each side of the waterpump hose and compressor fit in place of the original Horn running the air line behind the rad and the sound is just whoa!! perfect for this bike.

Where can someone find this horn? A guy at autozone said, " ah, wut?"

I have the windscreen so the fiamm horns (one on each side) bolt nicely to the fixing kit upper bolts. I mounted the compressor in the cavity left by moving the overfill bottle to the cavity left by removing the stock air filter. Will post pics if anyone is interested. But be sure to use the relay system. I melted my original horn button.

I was at the last bike week in Daytona. While there, I stopped by the Rivco dealer and they installed to 2 electric horns on my Tour.
They are 118 decibel. The owner installed them in the same place as the factory was. They sure sound great.
