    New Beast

Well guys I took the plunge and took the beast out to go to the store. It has been a long time since I rode on 2 wheels. I was a little nervous, excited and happy I made it back home in one piece. Yep it was the first time I had rode it out of my drive way since I bought it. It did feel good...

    Love the Beast

So I got my electrical problem resolved and took her out for a nice Southern California ride today. I just absolutely love this machine. Coming off a vtwin, the power, the comfort, the power range is just a delight to ride. I also have to say it is a pleasure to ride something that has it's own...

R3T parts for sale- traded the beast today

All first I would like to say thanks for all the helpful advice I received here. I was expecting to have to sell my bike instead of trading but my Indian dealer surprised me and allowed me to keep these parts to sell here-there aren't many. I have the following: Everything sold that was...

    Awakening the Beast

It is finally in the 40's F and climbing, the snow is melting and Spring is closer than yesterday. Uncovered the R3, checked fluids and battery...ITS ALIVE!! The sound is great after 5 months of reading the posts of those not snow afflicted. Now if it would rain just a bit to wash the sand...

    This beast corners!!!

I have to admit i was worried about the cornering capacity of this R3R. I purchased mine 1 1/2 weeks ago, got my 1st oil change out of the way in 3 days. Then 2 days later I'm riding to the Smokey Mountains to ride the Dragon and other roads in the area. I was riding with 2 cbr600rr's and a...

    The Beast

A local guy with a shop a couple miles from my house put this on my rear fender today. Hope you can make it out, as it's highly reflective, and was hard to get with my phone. Rick

  13. The beast is done.

Just got a call that my bike is ready for pickup. With the Tri-filter K&N setup, TORS, CAT delete, fresh tune up, and a PCIII my Rocket made 142HP on the dyno. I'll take that, be happy, and leave well enough alone. Cheers.

Putting the beast on a jack

What am I missing? I want to remove the rear wheel. If i put both arms of the jack under the motor it only seems to lift the front and it doesn't look like there is much behind the motor that would be sturdy enough to hold the bike's weight.

    First Push of the Beast

Well now! Got my BIR (broke in right) first 1000 miles on the new R3R so I went out and gave it a push yesterday. Did a ride to Mount ST. Helens yesterday with 10 sport bike amigos. Mostly 1200 VFRs and a few sporty BMWs. A fair portion of the roads were very twisty; 25, 20 & 15mph posted...
  17. Triking the beast

I love my Rocket. I used to be a pretty big boy back when I got the beast. I got littleler and it didn't. Dern thing scares me when it's not moving. I'm not going to get rid of it so I'm seriously considering triking it. Motor Trike is the only kit I've seen offered here (U.S.) to date. I need...
