I purchased the Long haul or whatever they called it in 2009 to use while I sent my original out to get custom made. I had it on for no more than 1K miles before i got my seat back. It has been in storage ever since so it is in perfect condition.
I broke my clutch cable yesterday on my r3t with 40 k on it. I can live with that problem but what occurred with it has got me completely baffled. The linkage on the shift lever bent in a 90 degree angle and snapped the shift levers pivot point completely off. Any ideas as to why a broken cable...
Need best options. I overtightened my clutch handle bar grip and stripped the threads. It only moves slightly now, but I know it will get worse over time. I only have heard about heilicoils but have never tried to do one. Is this an option for me? I appreciate your help
If your sitting in the bike it would be the left hand side. I broke the bottom ear off when it fell off my bench. Several attempts to glue it have come up short.
