I'm interested in hearing how it works for you. I see that they've now got a plug n' play model for the Rockets. When I looked into it before, the only option was the universal model with a hatchet job on the wiring. Seems like the functionality wasn't quite the same before, and it does now.

I can still recommend the McCruise system. With all the power of even stock Rockets, this is the bee's knees for ticking off the miles with much less pain for one's hands and wrists.

The DIY version took me a couple of hours to do. It’s really easy if you make a little harness that just plugs in between the two connectors on the wiring loom. I used a remote relay I bought off eBay but later changed this for a more robust remote pump system. Same thing but just in a nice weatherproof housing.

Just ordered one last week. Have been eyeballing it for awhile and the mechanical solutions work but I am wanting a better system. Hope it works as much as it costs.

Joined the keyless crowd today. Digital Guard Dawg system arrived last Saturday but wasn’t able to install until Sunday. Unfortunately the T-harness that was sent didn’t match the connector on my bike. Monday morning called the tech support and was asked to send a picture of what was sent and what my connector looked like. Few days later the new harness arrived and I installed it last night. Installation was plug and play, most work involved was attaching the terminal to the negative lead. System looks to be well constructed was easy to install and does what it is advertised to do. The only thing I need the key for is to lock the bars.

I've done very similar to his, but did mine building a complete T-harness instead of splicing so if there ever is an issue, I can use the key OR the FOB, and if I need to remove the system all together and revert back to stock, just disconnect the T and done. Using an RFID key FOB and a few relays and it operates just like stock. Just flip the kill switch to run, pull in the clutch and hit the starter.
I need the harness if you don't mind making another. I've got everything else. Sitting here looking at your schematic and finally got some understanding, but would prefer your harness before I splice into wiring.
