I enquired from Watsonian and they denied having a kit for New generation rocket 3.
I sent them the above picture and they said it was an AI generated picture.

Watsoian do the coversion kit for the new Rocket 3 i have called them and they told me what they can supply....

Can you please tell me who you were talking to? Was it Watsonian UK or the US agent?
I wanted to order one and they said they do not have it for the new version. I asked if they might be able to supply they said it all depends on demand because the prep work was very costly and so far they do not feel there would be enough demand.
I have found a company in California that will make the necessary kit for a Watsonian sidecar, but they have not confirmed as yet.
