Water Pump Weep Hole Leak

So my water pump has a slight drip coming out the weep hole. What is needed here to fix it ?

I do not not believe the water pump is repairable.If memory serves@Rocket Scientist was trying to make the repair a few years ago.

What happens to these pumps is a seal inside is glued in place with clear epoxy. That glue joint fails over time. You need two pumps to make one good one because it's nearly impossible to remove the outer seal without ruining it. With 2 pumps you can use the inner seal out of the other one to replace the outer seal. I've been going to try re-gluing the seal with JB Weld but so far my current pump is still working. I actually just had an idea. With the pump removed, you could blow compressed air into the weep hole and blow the outer seal out without damaging it perhaps. Once the outer seal is out you remove the snap ring and the whole assembly comes apart. You'll likely then see the failed glue joint.

I just tried the compressed air trick with no joy. I did find this replacement seal.

Not true ! But I do turn them inside out and shake the f.... out of um !

OK, I tore apart the pump that was sent to me. Can't remember at the moment who sent it but thanks ! In order to take it apart you have to remove the outer oil
seal.

Then remove the snap ring.

Next press the shaft out. This one came out really hard.

Once out, you'll see this piece is likely just sitting there. It's supposed to be glued to the bottom.

They used some kind of clear glue that lets go over time.

It should be glued on this side as well. This one has came apart here.

I'm going to try and use JB Weld to repair this one. I looked for a seal before thinking the NE9152 was the seal number. It's actually the TC 12 28 6 number.
You should be able to order a new outer seal.
