Tune ECU / PCV Question

Tuning devices give you the ability to destroy a perfectly good motor with a simple misunderstanding.

Because of that, in my opinion, 90% of people have no business messing them. You can be certain, if there is a way to **** it up, someone will.

If a USB cord, and following 6 steps, is too much for someone in 2016, I don't even know what to say, it's literally easier than cooking spaghetti, changing oil, or installing their new slip on / header.

For that individual, total electronic illiterate, I'd ask them to mail me their ECU and ash it for them. Least chance of complications for the businessman involved.
I agree that whatever auto tuner you choose, you have to at least be able to get into the ECU with TuneECU to open the secondaries.

Looking at the PC site, the AT requires their O2 sensor be placed in the exhaust stream.

How did you do /recommend do that ?

And it seems, while the PC-V can be purchased several places, none of them (I've found) list a Rocket, or if they do, only to 2011 model year, leaving the only place that lists 2014 is the PC site.

Hi Guys, Been away riding CA Redwoods, PCH 101 and Crater Lake, OR. For the guys who don't have access to dyno tuners or just don't want to go that route, the Dobeck AFR Plus is the best simple solution. It is a piggyback system that connects to the fuel injectors. You take out the stock narrowband O2 sensor and install the wideband O2 sensor that comes with it. Simple to hook up even for the NOT mechanically gifted. The device modulates the electrical frequency to the injector so it modifies the fuel pulse. What you gain is better performance ie: increased HP and TQ. And to put the icing on the cake, better fuel economy. Well that is if you can keep from twisting the right grip like a crazy man. The DP AFR Plus has several benefits over the PC devices. YOU decide what AFR you want to use. Not a program or programmer. YOU can adjust it whenever you want to. Very simple to do. Control is in your grasp anytime. It has 3 zones you have set for idle/putting, cruising, and WOT. If you want to change intakes and exhaust you have what you need right there to keep the AFR where it needs to be. My opinion is it is the best of all the options because of these features. Yes sure if you want to go to a dyno tuner, you can. But you don't have to.

The thing to remember here Guys is, I'm not looking for something for myself.
This is as a "customer service" for the people who buy the different systems from me.

I have been running this Business over 23 years now, and up until recent years I specialized in the 70's British bikes.
I've been selling Globally all that time WITH OUT ANY ADVERTISING, purely word of mouth. I have always been busy, at present about 8-10 weeks work ahead of me, most of that is Rocket stuff.
In the past, with every custom pipe that I sent out (3 into 1 for the Meridan Triples, Bonnies, Commando's etc) I sent a "Carb set up and tuning sheet" so that the customer could set up his own bike to suit his own riding style/altitude/ configuration etc.
For example take Jo-burg (Johannesburg) , the airport there is 5000 feet above sea level, the tuning for a bike there would be quite different than a bike at sea level, Hawaii as an extreme opposite example.
I was/am always available to assist when/if required.

The point is, I do my best to give the customer a "great shopping experience"
I intend to, and do, do the same with the Rocket systems.

Off the shelf solution:

Buy PC-V. Flash it with a tune you've developed tailored to your pipe, send it on with the pipes, problem solved.
