Does anybody have the Triumph floorboards($485.00). What comes with them & how hard are they to install. Do you think they are whorth the money. I had the Rivco floorboards, but shifting from 1ST to 2ND was a pain in the ass.

The dealer installed mine, so I can't tell you how hard the install is, but I can say that I am very happy with them.

Much more comfort-varied foot posittions possible.

Increased cornering clearance also.

Heel-toe shifter comes with it.
 
also have them and dealer installed them before i picked it up. pricey but look good, feel good, and big comfort difference

After installing the rivco floorboards on my bike

I raised my shifter a little and it was fine, no problem

hello,
i've had both:rivco and triumph.
i prefer rivco because with the triumph's one feet are higher , position is less good ,you can't move your feet has well as on the rivco's one .
 
because arms are different and flooboards are higher ,so you have feet higher.

With the Triumph foot-board kit the chrome bars that the pegs attach too are replaced by entire new ones, also, as mentioned, they come with parts to reroute the rear brake line and the heel-toe shifter.

The Rivco's attach to the stock bars in place of the pegs.

It is a matter of size and shape of the rider--for me 5' 10" and short inseam, the Triumph floorboards are much more comfy than the stock pegs.
