transmission noise!!

Personally I would drop mine if it has never been down. There is always machining swarf that just does not get removed in the cleaning process. They settle in the screen which could block or slow oil return flow.
 
The three bolts that are hiding from you are circled in orange below

Don't worry Steve. The first few times I saw his avatar I thought his name was Albert. It's Patrick I believe.

I know all this as I met and rode many miles with him last June to the RAA.
"Patrick" is from Alberta, Canada. Not sure from where in France he originates.
He be a fine tractor operator and an all round good guy!
Twas just yanking his chain as I had done back then.
