XL if you want them to sit under the seat you would probably have to go medium! They are supposed to water resistant but they do come with rain covers!
Just ordered a set of these , they look good on your bike, how have they worked out over the past couple months mate ?

I've got a set of good quality US made leather bags (not Triumph , bit smaller than the stock bags ) fitted with Ezi-Brackets set up for a Rocket if anyone is interested. Probably only viable for Aussies due to shipping costs.

Do they leave marks anywhere on the bike? I would be really pissed at myself for cheaping out and buy throw overs instead of the Leather Triumph bags only to find marks in the paint:/
