Was riding with some harley buddies and as we started into a hill, I gave the old girl some juice and flew by everybody......when we stop for a beverage one friend remarked how he couldnt even hear me but saw me pull away hard and blow them away..........Im guessing he meant the harleys pipes were so loud he couldnt hear me blow by....funny just the same

Yeh,,,that is a hard thing not to do.........and we can do it without a downshift. Love it!!

Went for a ride today... Stoped at the line at the lights..... a Suzuki gxs 1400 pulls up next to me on the left, looks at me and gives it a rev (probably thinking look a the ***n size of that thing - its gotta be an easy target).... All I could think at the time was "POOR BASTARD"... I let him launch (Just to make sure he is racing) then past him on the back wheel and lifted it again in second (Slightly). The next set of lights he asked " WTF have you done to that thing???? I JUST LOVE IT

Tell them it's standard Mittzy keep them guessing. Wich it is except for inlet and outlet and tune. I'm guessing the GSX1400 had a pipe and tune too. I still have'nt been beaten from standing start to 80kph by anything other than Donny's Rocket. My mates Diavel hoses me once he gets the thing up in the revs in 2nd but for that initial jump you can't beat the torque of a Rocket.

A stock Roadster isn't as fast as a V-Max

A stock Roadster isn't as fast as most of the earlier Rockets either.

Never raced a V-Max but having ridden one I can tell you it would take a bloody good rider to launch one as quick as an average rider can launch a Rocket.
