Rocket Down

Sorry to hear this. Glad lazara was dressed for the occasion. Been down twice in my life and both times was loss of traction. Never fun, but better than a sudden stop. Prayers.

that's terrible news about the bike, great news about the rider.
thanks for letting us know.

Thanks all for your kind posts, recovering from some bumps and bruises but feel blessed to have come off at 60/65mph and only have those to worry about.

A HUGE shout out to @barbagris, this guy didn't really know me other than a few exchanged messages on this forum, yet he drove well over 100 miles to pick me up, sit in a hospital with me for a few hours and then he and his wife opened up their home to me until I got a flight home sorted and would take nothing for his trouble.....owe you Chris.

On a final note, this is my jacket after. Please don't ride without proper kit, the back protector saved me, full face helmet is a write off as are my Draggin kevlar jeans. Be safe everyone

Triumph (or any other brand) Mesh fabric Jacket - fail but at least the structure held together to hold the back protector in place
Triumph (Knox brand?) back protector -

The back protector looks aftermarket. The ones in my jackets are made of soft foams. Yours looks like made of a hard plastic.
