Thanks all for your kind posts, recovering from some bumps and bruises but feel blessed to have come off at 60/65mph and only have those to worry about.

@barbagris, this guy didn't really know me other than a few exchanged messages on this forum, yet he drove well over 100 miles to pick me up, sit in a hospital with me for a few hours and then he and his wife opened up their home to me until I got a flight home sorted and would take nothing for his trouble.....owe you Chris.
On a final note, this is my jacket after. Please don't ride without proper kit, the back protector saved me, full face helmet is a write off as are my Draggin kevlar jeans. Be safe everyone
