Risers For 6'2 ?

My Rocket is a 2011 Touring. I am 6'2" tall. I feel that the handlebars are too low. Rivco risers raise the bars 1" but they move the grips back 2". How has that worked out for guys over 6' tall?

I am 6'3" and like the Rivco risers. In addition to increasing comfort, they are high quality and change the looks of the bike for the better, IMO.

Do the Classic bars have enough pull back to comfortably reach over the longer R3T tank? I tried a set of T-Bird bars and the pull back wasn't nearly enough.

Also, I find the Rivco risers to be a big improvement over stock. Only remaining problem is the less than comfortable (for me at least) wrist angle.

The Classics fixed the wrist angle problem, but were then too far away. With the addition of the Rivco risers, they became perfect for me. I'm 6' with longer than average arms.

I am 6'2 and have no problem with the stock bars on the R3T, I don,t know maybe my arms are longer? LOL!
when I first bought the bike they felt abit weird and too short, I just adjusted it by swinging it up a bit, seems to work for me.

Hey dobro. Here's what I did. I hated the stock bars so, I did some research. I ended up with
HD short angled back risers and used HD Springer handlebars. I had to make some custom riser
shafts. The risers are plentiful, low cost and there is an almost endless number of choices of bar bends at your disposal. Plus, it looks good and the cost is low: $25-$40 for risers, $30 to $60 for bars,
and the cost for the shafts. Our bars are so **** long, you would have to go crazy tall on the bars to run out of slack on cable and brake line. Good luck.

Hey guys, I finially took a couple of shots of what I did regarding risers and different bars.
It required some custom riser shafts and modifying some off the shelf short bend risers that
I got from JP cycles. Notice the bar/grip arrangement in relation to my fairing. My grips line
up nicely with the "wings" on the batwing fairing. This is a comfy setup. NOT fast, but very
comfortable for the long haul.
I have a huge list of other things I want to design for this bike. I just can't help myself. The
look on the Harley guys faces when they see this thing is TOO hilarious. Then when they see
the "140 Cubic Inches" badge on the oil tank, is icing on the cake.

I am 6'3" and didn't like the location or wrist angle of the bars. I added the Rivco Risers and have the bars pulled down to decrease the wrist angle. In the past, I used H-D Softail bars on a H-D Road King to get higher handlebars with more open wrists. Would like to try it on the R3T
