Removing the glass over the tach face

I am lazy I bought the Titian in January and have not washed it yet just spray with lemon pledge wipe down and ride :) I do plan on washing it this week for the first time before I take off for Maggie Valley. :)

Most are factory sealed you might be doing more harm than good. Take it to the dealer and tell them you want a new one...:)

Does anyone know how to remove the glass over the face of the tach?
Not possible. I tried to get into mine . The only option was to cut the case in half with a Dremel, so I ordered a new one. Now I have a souvenir.

Pretty sure the R3 ones are glued on.

I had a moron moment:banghead: with my old 79 Bonneville. It got a lot of dust on the inside of the speedo face (teach me to go racing up and down dirt roads to often). I tried flushing the dust out with solvent and managed to melt most of the gears inside into one big lump, stupid stupid stupid... In the end I pried the old metal bezel off and managed to get it mostly going again, the odometer still doesn't work though. These days you can get new replacement units for not too much dosh.
