check out (QLD Police harrassment) on youtube to see what some QLD motorcycle riders have to put up with. Admittedly this bloke might have been dressed as a pirate. But thats not against the law yet. Shouldn't trained police be able to tell the difference between a pirate and a patch holder? Channel 9 reported that he was held up for just under an hour while QLD's finest checked to see if he was a member of a patch club.

I just watched it again I'm glad it wasn't me because I wouldn't have answered alot of their questions and that probably would have dragged it out a bit more. I noticed while the big bloke with the tatts was in his face the little bloke snuck around behind him.

That servo is just down the street from Mitch's. His local Police aren't very friendly.

I thought he handled himself really well - clearly knew his rights in the situation. Good post Bruce, also emphasises how a decent camera can help!

If you tried to video cops like that over here you would be arrested, or as was the case in Maryland a little while back, shot.

Surprised they didn't call in reinforcements, there were only about ten of 'em there. Big bad bikie could easy have overpowered 'em...

Reckon he's lucky he didn't cop a flogging .. years ago talking to cops like that would have gotten you a ride back to the station. Once back there they did what they wanted to you. Like I say the Qld cops are annoying these days .. they were f#ckin vicious 20 years ago. Guy was a bit of a smartarse I thought ..I know a few of the older Misfits and they are ok blokes.

Cops asked some dumb questions, It's 30 degrees why are you wearing a leather vest? He replied I always do when I ride. I think my answer would have been a bit more sarcastic. As for how long you have had your bike, where do you work, where have you been, do you come to Beenleigh often. I wouldn't have answered any of them. Might have gone pear shaped for me but then again I wouldn't have been recording them.
