Yes, I do have enormous brains and I also have a hairless spot on my head for added cooling. And yes, they do have a 5XL

I see only 4X in the photo - still impressive as hell!

I am between 3x-4x this is a 4xl... Some 3x gives me headache after a couple of hours...
