Yup, when I was young, dumb and full of *** as they say you couldn't tell me anything. One thing I wished I'd had listened to was not to smoke. Everything else worked itself out ok.

I have just about 20 years quit and rarely do I want one. If I do its usually in a bar and someone lights up right near me and I think that'd be nice and then it passes that fast. Most times I can't stand it. But I know if I were stupid enough to start it would be the death of me.

Now at 60, both mind and body are (relatively) just fine
