Hey thanks for all the great advice from you guys on a mundane topic such as washers!
I learn so much from this forum it is amazing!
So I will torque those back at 25Nm (two magnetized sump plugs and the OEM fill plug) when the parts get here in another day and run a K and N 204C til for 5K miles until I research these high flow oil filters.
I cut my triumph oem filter in half and with a 3 Bar oil pump I can not image how the oil is going through the media and just not bypassing-sorta defeats the idea of filtration. I will look into it closely and thanks the guys that brought this issue up.
The info on the plugs was fantastic too as I have 6 plugs arriving from Flip today with my EBC double H pad sets and will take a look at that(always have a full tank when you need to pull it LOL).
I see at 20K Triumph calls for a new fuel filter.....Almost there at 18.7K miles so I might as well take care of that ..I am seeing 52 USD for that plus shipping. Hoo HA!
Well...she was riding great last weekend with dirty oil and bald tires so this is all worth it and hopefully I will see some of you US guys up at Deals Gap...I have a couple of bikes that I have donated in crashes up there( Yamaha R1 and a CBR 929RR) so it will be relaxing riding up there not racing other nut cases.
Thanks for all the info and do you guys run any fuel injector cleaners through to deal with the bad petrol we get time to time?
Just curious if I am having an injector issue dumping all this gas into the petrol if it is not a plug issue.
Thanks again and you guys that can ride...
Ride safe!
Cheers.....Greg
