UPDATE: Thank you for the input from everyone! I decided to pull the trigger on an R3. After some searching I found an 2007 Mulberry Red R3 with 2k miles on the od. Extras include sissy bar and luggage rack, gel seat with rider back rest, windshield and cat eliminator! I put a deposit on it and am having it delivered cause I can't get away for 2 days to travel to pick it up. Thanks again for everyones input! I'll post some pics after she arrives. 8)
