New Carbon Farkles or How to lose 1lb unsprung weight

Got these in the mail today:

Definitely hand laid carbon with fiberglass backing, but, for $40, they are a steal. Stockers weighed in at 490 grams, these were around 40

Fit was perfect, so that's now almost 7lb unsprung weight off the front wheel using Carbon Dry Fender, these, and replacing all front end bolts with Ti/Alu.

No, I mean 7 lbs, all weighed on a pretty accurate scale, has 25 gram increments.

The Rocket truly is heavy for the sake of being heavy lol.

I'm confused, 454 grams in a lb, so 5 lbs saved on the bolts?

All told, Fender, Guards, and bolts were 7 lbs. The guards were just under 1 lb off.
