melted 30 amp fuse

the brown wire are from the battery.

which fuse is getting hot? what does the cap say its for?

looks like i have four brown wires going to fuse box to of them or getting hot the two going to the right side of fuse box the fuse that has melted is the nimber 11 fuse battery al i got hooked up is eb relays , remote ignition relays, and the fuse box , im stumped

your EB is hooked directly to the battery right?
Your keyless is hooked to your PC8 & your PC8 is hooked directly to the battery right?

The brown wires are the output of fuse 11 and feed fuses 1-4 input bar, fuses 6-7 input bar. and your Rectifier Regulator. Can you tell which ones feed what?

if you have all those accessory's running thru that fuse there is your problem as Hellfire said
When I first made up my relay harness for the headlight I also took the power for the Airhorn thru the same fuse and it was to much and the fuse started to melt nuff said I run an extra wire with fuse for airhorn to battery no more melting fuse :)
this is the number 11 fuse goes to battery , the only things i have hooked to battery is pc8 fuse panel and my batery tender , i disconected air horn , and my headlight relays are on the fuse panel

headlight relays goes to fuse panel, i will try and trace down the ones getting hot and let you know onr wire is brown the other is brown green thees wires or at least 14 gauge the brown one appears to be going directly to battery fuse #11 the brown green appears to be going to #2 fuse which im gussing is the ignition switch , so sorry after looking at schematic it shows to be brown going to #2 and #11 but those are the ones gettin hot, for what ever reason the one going to #2 has got green dots on it

The EB headlight relay should go to the battery.

fuses 1 & 3 you don't have anything connected to so pull them (for accessories). see if your still having the problem.
next that leave 2 & 4.
fuse 4 has your horn, brake lights, & turn signals. pull it and see if your still having the problem.

#2 feeds the white w/ blue wire going to the ignition

If you still seeing the problem, start with the fuses that the switch feeds power to.
