melted 30 amp fuse

connecting to the clutch & kill switches are extra precautions. I can make you a simplified diagram that would work how it does now but with the 3 relays. A few questions for ya though.

1. Did you cut off the wire harnes connector for the keyless mod?
2. If not, do you still have your ignition switch hooked up?
3. If you have connectors, which connectors do you have on your bike?
 
Here is a simplified diagram for you. It is not as robust as the other setup, but it will work like your keyless does now and separate out the circuits.

A couple of draw backs setting it up this way:
1. Riding down the road and hit the off button by mistake causes the bike to shut off.
2. Park your bike and go inside and hit the on button by mistake and your bike is sitting there powered on with no place to go.

hey thanks for the easy version the only problem i have now is that i no longer have the remote, its just an on - off toggle switch now

yes i cut the wires for keyless ignition , no connectors
 
where is the toggle located and how is it tied in?
location of toggle is top secret lol my remote went south on me so to get by i used a toggle instead till i get around to buying a new remote, if rember correctly hokked it up the same way as my remote, i will get back with you on that im fixin to go out and check on that
 
one side of toggle is getting power from pc8 fuse block the other side of toggle going to pin 85 on the relay,,,, from pin 86 on the relay i have a wire going back to the fuse block,, the two leads comming from under the tank one is going to pin 30 the other is going to pin 87,,,,, hope that cleared it up a little
