Here are my brake line holders I made myself. Simple, used stuff i had around the house. Each side 1- 1 1/4" bolt 1- chrome acorn nut 1- chrome washer 1- 1/2" chrome spacer (left over from my Motolight kit)
1 zip tie w/ eye. I basically cut out a small groove in the spacer w/ my dremel for the zip tie to set flat against the spacer and the zip tie fit right inside the spacer nice and neat.

I could of used a black zip tie but didn't have any.

Got my Avon on the front today. The dealer scratched up my fender pretty good and broke one of my clips which prompted this mod. It came out pretty good so I don't know what I saved by not ordering them online but it took just a 1/2 hour or so and didn't cost anything!!

Nice repair. They make zip ties in chrome covering so you might want to look for some of those. Secondly, I'd be having the dealer order and pay for me a new front fender out of his pocket! Poor service costs his ass!

Went to Ace again huh?

My last visit to Ace ended in me spending over $500.

I did call the service manager and told him I'm a little disappointed with the disrespect for my property and sloppiness. They did offer to do something now and I told them it's ok for now. I have a 10,000 mile service coming up and I will show them the scratches then. Thanks for the tip on the chrome zip ties, I'll watch for them. Will someone send me two in the mail

Only you can post close ups like those and not show any dirt or corrosion! I wiped my throttle cables down with some armor all like you suggested and they look alot better.

Red: Let me know what you think of the Avon tire after you have had it on for awhile with the darkside rear and how it is wearing compared to the Metz! How many miles did you get out of the Metz? Was it cupping? Wearing out?

I seem to remember a post from Red about his metz cupping.

N1,8000 miles, yes bad cupping looked like the rocky mountains. Marcus,
No Ace Hardware this time, I had everything at home for this job. BM, I love Armor All regardless of the bad rep it has.

N1, unfortunately I can't find chrome zip tie wth a mounting hole, gotta have that otherwise the Redrocket design won't work
